Microbiology and Plant Biology Scholarship Application
The Department of Microbiology and Plant Biology offers merit-only and merit and financial need-based scholarships for both undergraduate and graduate Microbiology and Plant Biology majors. By completing this scholarship application, you will become eligible for the scholarships for which you meet the requirements.
Please note: The Department of Microbiology and Plant Biology requires all award recipients to attend their scholarship reception that is held in April each year.

- Students who receive departmental scholarships will be honored at a special reception in the spring semester. Please provide a 1-2 sentence description that the department can use in case you are selected. The format should go something like this: “{Name} is {an undergraduate/a graduate student] majoring in {major}. After graduation, {he/she} plans to {informative sentence describing your short-term and/or long-term goals.}”
