Riley L. Pitts Vietnam Memorial Scholarship

No application required. All students who meet the eligibility requirements will be eligible for this scholarship. All individuals who are full-time, regularly enrolled students at the University of Oklahoma who meet the following criteria will be eligible for the scholarship. 1) Must be actively participating in ROTC (no preference to branch of military); 2) must have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale; 3) must have a demonstrated financial need; 4) must be majoring in journalism. If no students majoring in journalism are eligible, the selection criteria may be expanded to include students with any major. No scholarship may be awarded to or for the direct benefit of the family or any contributor to the fund, or any member of the immediate family or any contributor to the fund.
