The Melvin C. Hall Leadership Scholarship and Belinda P. Biscoe Leadership Scholarship
The Melvin C. Hall Leadership Scholarship and The Belinda P. Biscoe Leadership Scholarship will each be presented to individuals who have significantly contributed to enhancing the university community. Enhancing the university community includes, but is not limited to, active involvement in a variety of student organizations and campus activities, exhibiting leadership skills, volunteering on/off campus, and impacting a cross-section of campus. The two recipients will be selected from the same applicant pool.
REQUIREMENTS: All applicants must have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours by January 2025; be expected to graduate in 2025 or 2026, and be enrolled full-time in spring 2025 – unless they are a senior needing a specific number of hours to graduate or are enrolled in an accelerated degree program.
SELECTION PROCESS: Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee comprised of faculty, staff, and students. There is no interview in this selection process.
