Regents' Award for Outstanding Juniors
THE REGENTS’ AWARD FOR OUTSTANDING JUNIORS will be presented to selected individuals who have excelled in the areas of scholarship, character, leadership, and service to the university communities at the University of Oklahoma. This award is for recognition only and is not a scholarship. Fifteen students will be recognized for OU Norman Campus, two from the OU Health Sciences campus (including remote sites), and one from the OU-Tulsa campus. The student from OU-Tulsa can be enrolled in Norman or Health Sciences programs.
REQUIREMENTS: All applicants must have completed a minimum of 72 credit hours by January 2025; be a third-year student; be expected to graduate from an undergraduate program in 2026; earned a cumulative 3.25 GPA or higher and be enrolled full-time in spring 2025.
SELECTION PROCESS: Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee comprised of faculty, staff, and students at each campus. Up to eighteen total Outstanding Junior recipients will be selected: 15 students selected from the Norman campus, two students from Health Sciences programs, and one from the OU-Tulsa campus. The student from OU-Tulsa can be enrolled in Norman or Health Sciences programs. There is no interview for this selection process.
