- All Art students must submit a portfolio showcasing a 8-10 visual works. Please upload your portfolio here, ensuring it includes a selection of your best pieces that demonstrate your artistic abilities.
Please provide the following information per work; Title of Work, Medium, Dimensions, Year of Creation. Although not required, artists should strongly consider providing an Artist Statement for each piece submitted to detail the process, intent, and any thematic relevance.
Students should consider including their strongest work regardless of medium. Submissions may include work completed both inside and outside the classroom studio. Scholarship eligibility will be heavily dependent on the quality of work submitted and adherence to required instructions. - If you would like to insert the link to your YouTube or Vimeo video, do so here.
- Compose a statement on how your education has been and will be financed. Please explain the importance of a scholarship to your financial needs related to your undergraduate or graduate work and your career goals. Address any special circumstances as to why a scholarship might be helpful to you. (Please answer in 300 words or less.)
Please include any additional information that could help us make financial need-based scholarship decisions, including if you are self-supporting (paying for college without parental or third-party assistance), a first-generation college student, or you are a non-traditional student. - Faculty/ Professional Reference
School of Visual Arts students are required to obtain a professional reference from a School of Visual Arts Faculty Member. Please provide below the contact information for your reference. References will not be asked to submit a letter.
