University of Oklahoma Naval ROTC Scholarship Application

Currently enrolled students in good standing with the University of Oklahoma Naval ROTC program are eligible to apply for scholarships via the Naval ROTC Scholarship Application.

In order to be eligible for some need-based Naval ROTC scholarships, eligible students must complete and submit their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

In order to be eligible for some Naval ROTC scholarships, students must be enrolled full-time. The University of Oklahoma classifies full-time enrollment as…

  • Undergraduate students enrolled in 12 or more credits per semester
  • Graduate students enrolled in 9 credit hours, or 5 credit hours and have a .5 appointment as a GA or TA.
