The Department of Geography and Environmental Sustainability proudly presents the Department of Geography and Environmental Sustainability Graduate Scholarship Application to deserving graduate students with a declared major in the Department of Geography and Environmental Sustainability. To be considered for these scholarships, students must be regularly enrolled student in a Department of Geography and Environmental Sustainability.
In order to be eligible for some need-based scholarships, eligible students must complete and submit their Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Nostrand Geography Scholarship to deserving DGES graduate students who are engaged in identifiable research regarding significant historical dimension. To be considered for this scholarship, students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and if applicable, have a FAFSA on file. Priority consideration will be given to students whose research interests lie within human or physical geography or within geotechniques.
