Applicants for the Admiral William J. Crowe, Jr., Outstanding IAS Student Award must have a 3.75 GPA or above and exhibit dedication to international awareness and action. IAS students must have high academic achievement, a commitment to public service, and a desire to pursue a career in global affairs. This scholarship is for graduating IAS seniors in May 2019 who distinguish themselves in terms of character, leadership, and outstanding contribution.
